The eight main paths are: 1) TRUE KNOWLEDGE (Right View): What we learn, find out, see and know are just and good things, in accordance with customs, traditions and ethics, explanations are not contrary to with the truth. Realizing that all sentient beings are equal because they have the same Buddha-nature, all things are fake, do not last forever, all good and bad deeds create results, they must be cultivated to advance to the righteous and righteous levels. 2) RIGHT THINKING (Right Thought): Are thoughts that are not contrary to right, beneficial to everyone, thinking about the causes of suffering to avoid causing suffering, thinking about mistakes To repent, think about good deeds done or will do beneficial things for everyone to increase compassion in yourself. 3) TRUE SPEAKING speak things that are true to the Dharma, true to the truth, beneficial to everyone, use words to explain things to others, believe in Buddhism, be filial to parents, get along with brothers and sisters, get along with each other. neighbor. Do not joke, do not say cruel words that make others suffer, nor say harmful words to others. 4) RIGHT ACTION (RIGHT Kamma): Action always creates good and bad karma, so people entering the path must be careful that their actions not only do not harm but also benefit others. No matter how small, evil deeds are not done, whereas good deeds no matter how small are not ignored. We should remember in the scriptures that it is taught: The evil deeds, the good ones, the self-cleaning, the Buddhist teachings. Translation: Don't do evil, Do good deeds. Purify yourself, That's what the Buddhas say. 5) TRUE LIFE (RIGHT MISSION): Buddhists must live a righteous life, their profession must be right, do not do occupations that cause suffering to people or animals, do not debauchery, alcohol, flags There are people who are enlightened, they are "discharge of wealth, seek poverty, sacrifice themselves to seek the way", that is, they give up wealth, live a simple life, do not enjoy pleasures, and go to work. doing things that are beneficial to life for the religion, always doing things that benefit everyone. 6) PROGRESS IN TRUE TINH (MUST TINH TIN): Must practice and progress in the path, must be diligent, diligent in the elaborate hours of your day, whether you practice at home or in a secluded place, whether you practice at home or in a retreat. According to the method of meditation, silence, secret, and teaching, even if you are busy with work or sick, you must keep up with your daily routine, Not only that, but also have to work harder today to practice more than yesterday. 7) TRUE REMEMBERING (Mindfulness): Always keep your mind pure, remember only the good deeds you have done, remember the Buddha, the best thing to go forward, achieve is stay in the present, inside is following your breath, outside is what is in front of your eyes like a scene of nature, a cool stream, a blue sky, a fresh petal, a song of birds . 8) meditating according to the righteous method (right concentration): We practice meditation according to the orthodox method of Buddhism in the Five Courts of Contemplation: a) Breath contemplation: Follow the in-breath and out-breath to tie the mind to it. breath, cure mental disorder. b) Contemplation of impure body: Contemplation of this body is not clean to eliminate greed, delusion. c) Compassionate inertia: It is to consider all sentient beings as equal, except for hatred and jealousy, to extend compassion to all sentient beings. d) Contemplating on causes and conditions: Contemplating that all things are fake, when the cause and conditions are over, they will no longer exist, so all things are not real and do not last, this contemplation is to eliminate ignorance and dharmas. e) Contemplation of discriminating precepts: Contemplating and discriminating between the 18 precepts as in the Heart Sutra includes 6 senses (Eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind), 6 ceilings (The six external objects of the body). ta: Images, sounds, smells, tastes, sensations, things), 6 consciousnesses (Knowing of the eyes, knowing of the ears, knowing of the nose, knowing of the tongue, knowing of emotions and knowing of the mind), all are not real to eliminate "Self and Dharma" attachment.
