It is a commentary on the path of karma that has not been determined to be heavy or light, so it is not possible to temporarily recover from illness, or it is difficult to give up life. That thing in our ordinary eyes feels very difficult to understand. But if we face the Buddhas and bodhisattvas, loudly recite the Ksitigarbha Sutra one at a time, or take the patient's most precious possessions, such as clothes or jewels, loudly say in front of the patient, saying: “I am a patient in front of sutras and statues, I do not regret all these things, giving up everything to make offerings to print sutras, cast statues of Bodhisattvas and Buddhas, or build towers and pagodas, or light lamps to worship and give alms to eternal life.
