It is a commentary on the path of karma that has not been determined to be heavy or light, so it is not possible to temporarily recover from illness, or it is difficult to give up life. That thing in our ordinary eyes feels very difficult to understand. But if we face the Buddhas and bodhisattvas, loudly recite the Ksitigarbha Sutra one at a time, or take the patient's most precious possessions, such as clothes or jewels, loudly say in front of the patient, saying: “I am a patient in front of sutras and statues, I do not regret all these things, giving up everything to make offerings to print sutras, cast statues of Bodhisattvas and Buddhas, or build towers and pagodas, or light lamps to worship and give alms to eternal life. If there are sentient beings who want to generate loving-kindness and save sentient beings, who wish to transcend the three realms and cultivate unsurpassed Bodhi, if this person encounters a Bodhisattva, hears his name, takes refuge in worship and worships, then certain wishes will be fulfilled quickly, even ordinary things will get whatever they want. If there are sentient beings who have to go to the forest and cross the sea before going to have to recite the Bodhisattva's name ten thousand times, they will be protected by the gods and demons, and will be free from all dangers.
